Anyone else here balancing personal training, teaching freediving, and a separate unrelated-to-the-water full-time job? 😄
Some days I leave a session wishing I could just go home, rest, and stay in that post-dive state a little longer… but instead it’s coffee time and back online to my UN work as a Project Cycle Specialist.
At the same time, I appreciate the art and rhythm of moving between different "worlds". It doesn’t always feel perfectly balanced, but there’s something quietly rewarding in making it all fit.
Some days flow, some days require a bit more intention, and I’m curious on how others navigate it: – Do you structure your days or move more intuitively? – How do you protect your energy and recovery? – What helps you stay consistent without burning out?
