This is personal, obviously, but for me it would be: this sport is going to change your life trajectory. It will change how you think about the present moment and how you live when you're out of the water.
I see freediving as a form of meditation before anything else. Those 5 seconds you spend holding your breath at the surface have the power to reset 8 hours at the office. I wish someone had told me it was that powerful.
