This probably differs a lot depending on your level, but I'm curious: do you follow a structured training plan or is it more "I dive when I can"?
For me right now, since I'm out of the water, the best I can do is build dry training habits. 30 minutes of dry EQ one day, dry STA the next. Trying to make it consistent rather than ambitious.
